This agreement is formed when you pay online for a service. The fields in square brackets are filled in with your details and the service details at checkout and shown to you for approval before payment. It is an English version of our Turkish Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi and is governed by Turkish law.

Article 2 – Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the service described below, bought at a distance, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The scope, deliverables and timeline of the service are set out in the quote and, where applicable, the service agreement. If they conflict with this agreement, the provision more favourable to a consumer applies.

Payments in foreign currency are processed by the payment provider at that day’s rate. Exchange differences and fees charged by your card issuer are outside the Seller’s control. Where installments are available, the installment commission is borne by the Seller up to 3 installments; for more than 3 installments it is borne by the Buyer and shown, with the total, before you confirm the payment.
Article 4 – Performance and delivery
The service is performed according to the timeline in the quote and service agreement. Translations, data and other deliverables are delivered electronically.
If performance becomes impossible, the Seller will tell the Buyer within 3 days of learning of it and refund the amount paid within 14 days.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons and without penalty, by writing to info@entegretercume.com or to the Seller’s address.
Exception: under Article 15(1)(h) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun, with the consumer’s approval, before the end of the withdrawal period.
At checkout, by ticking a separate box, the Buyer may ask for the service to start before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal will be lost once performance has begun. If the Buyer does not give this approval, performance starts after the withdrawal period ends.
If the Buyer withdraws, the Seller refunds the amount paid to the card used for payment within 14 days of receiving the notice. See also our Refund Policy.
Article 6 – Obligations
- The Seller performs the service with professional care and in confidence, as described in the quote and service agreement.
- The Buyer confirms that they hold, or have permission for, the translation and publishing rights in the work.
- The Seller does not promise any commercial result, such as sales of a translated book or the performance of an AI model trained or evaluated with the deliverables.
- For hybrid (AI-assisted) translation, the Buyer has been told in writing that the translation starts from an AI draft, so that they can disclose this where a publisher or platform requires it.
Article 7 – Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Card details are processed by iyzico and not shared with the Seller.
Article 8 – Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. For consumers in Türkiye, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above them. If the Buyer is not a consumer, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. Consumers living outside Türkiye keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
Article 9 – Entry into force
The agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms at checkout that they have read and accept this agreement and the Pre-Information Form. A copy is sent to the Buyer by e-mail after payment.
