English → Turkish
For publishers licensing books into Türkiye: literary translation into Turkish by our in-house translators.
TEDA
Translation grants for Turkish literature.
TEDA is the translation subsidy programme of Türkiye’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism. It supports foreign publishers who publish Turkish works in translation. We prepare the English material publishers usually include in an application, such as a synopsis and a sample translation. The application itself, and the decision, rest with the publisher and the Ministry.

FAQ
Questions from publishers
Can you prepare a longer sample for a submission?
Yes. The first ~500 words are free. Longer samples, such as the first chapter or a chapter selection for a rights submission, are quoted per word, together with an English synopsis and reader’s report if you need them.
Can you help with a TEDA translation grant application?
We prepare the English materials that publishers usually need for a TEDA application (the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism’s translation subsidy programme), such as a synopsis and a sample translation. The application itself and the decision are made by the publisher and the Ministry.
