A hybrid translation starts from an AI draft revised by a human translator; a premium translation is fully human. We tell you in writing which method was used.

- Payment by card through iyzico’s secure checkout on entegretercume.com. For payments in Turkish lira, credit cards may be paid in up to 12 monthly installments where your bank supports it; up to 3 installments the commission is ours, above 3 it is added to the total and shown before you confirm.
- We charge no fee for paying by card. Exchange differences and fees charged by your card issuer depend on your bank.
- An e-invoice (e-arşiv fatura or e-fatura) is sent to your e-mail address.
5. Performance
The service is performed according to the timeline in your quote and service agreement, and deliverables are sent electronically. As a guide, a sample takes 3–5 business days, and translating and editing a 60,000-word novel usually takes 8–12 weeks.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving reasons, by writing to info@entegretercume.com.
Under Article 15(1)(h) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance has begun, with your approval, before the withdrawal period ends. If you separately approve at checkout that we start immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once work has begun. If you do not, we start after the withdrawal period.
