These terms apply to your use of entegretranslation.com and to the translation and language services you request from Entegre Tercüme ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as Entegre Translation (“we”, “us”), MERSİS no. 0336115232200001, Osman Temiz Mah. 1037. 1. Our services and your contract
The website describes our services. A contract for a project is formed when you accept our written quote, and, for larger projects, sign our service agreement. The quote and service agreement set out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment plan; if they conflict with these terms, they prevail.
2. Free sample translations
We translate the first ~500 words of a text free of charge, once per author or title, so you can judge our work. A sample creates no obligation for either side.
3. Your rights and responsibilities
- You confirm that you hold the rights needed for us to translate, adapt and, where agreed, publish the work, or that the rights holder has given permission.
- You are responsible for the content of the work and for decisions about where and how it is published.
- For AI language projects, you are responsible for the lawfulness of any data you provide to us and for how you use the deliverables.
4. Our responsibilities
- We carry out the work with professional care, on time, and in confidence.
- We tell you which method we use. Hybrid translations start from an AI draft that a human translator revises, so you can disclose AI use wherever a publisher or platform requires it.
- We do not promise commercial results, such as sales of a translated book or the performance of a model. They depend on factors we do not control.
5. Ownership of the translation
Unless the service agreement says otherwise, once you have paid in full you receive the rights you need to publish and exploit the translation, and we will be credited as the translator where agreed (for example “Translated by Entegre Translation”). 6. Prices and payment
We quote each project in writing, in US dollars unless agreed otherwise, excluding any applicable taxes. The amount you pay is the amount in your quote or payment link. Payments are processed by iyzico through our checkout on entegretercume.com. Staged payments follow the plan in your quote.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, and for consumers in the Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Information Form.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for a project is limited to the price paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales.
9. Website use
You may not misuse the website, for example by attempting to break its security, sending automated or abusive submissions, or copying its content for commercial use.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
